Liked: The bellboy, front desk, bar and wait staff were very nice.
Disliked: The food was not fresh and there was a lot of noise on my floor so we did not get any rest!

Liked: Xiana was an absolute delight upon our arrival! We had to move hotels and she welcomed us to the Marriott after a long day of travel.

Disliked: The room isn't what I paid for the bathroom wasn't anything like it was in the picture and it cost me almost 100 dollars more than I was quoted

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable!!

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: I was on he 18th floor, so the view was beautiful especially after dark.
Disliked: I am not sure if the carpets had recently been cleaned, but after walking around for about an hour my slippers were wet. I used the dryer to dry them, but again after walking around they were wet again. I ended up wearing my shoes.

Disliked: Hotel is old, needs a renovation. Double rooms contain double beds, not queen beds. Air conditioning is very old and very loud. Check-in was delayed 45mins, and we would have waited longer if we did not go and check on how the cleaning was going. Other guests also had the same problem.

Liked: Clean comfortable rooms close to city venues.
Disliked: Traveling as family. Requested 2 rooms close to one another. When we arrived, couldn't find reservation. Last name and first name were switched. Ended on separate floors.

Very nice, friendly stay and...

Liked: Everything was wonderful. The front staff were amazing, and I think the girls name starts with an "X" Xiana? SHE'S AMAZING. So friendly, so personable. It was so busy trying to get everyone in their rooms and she was just there, talking making everyone feel welcome. What a saint. I do believe this was the first time we stayed at this hotel we frequent Pittsburgh a lot for concerts and it was one of the nicest ones we've ever been to.
Disliked: I feel like there's not a whole lot I could complain about and even if there is I don't think it has much to do with the hotel itself or the staff.
