Liked: The bellboy, front desk, bar and wait staff were very nice.
Disliked: The food was not fresh and there was a lot of noise on my floor so we did not get any rest!

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: There was only one elevator that worked part of the time. Very unacceptable for the capacity of the hotel on a concert night. A second elevator door opened and none of the buttons would light up. The emergency response came on and we returned to the lobby level. The staff seemed to not really care about this. The stairs were locked so this was not an option. Felt like a death trap if there was an emergency. The windows in the room leaked water and rattled all night in the wind.

I expected a better room...

Liked: Dinner at the restaurant on Sunday evening was nice.
Disliked: Children running up and down the hallway at night. The bathroom was small and could've been cleaner/newer. The room seemed old. No USB connections anywhere.
