Liked: Convenient, very quiet, accommodating staff.
Disliked: Cancellation should be 24 hrs not 11:59pm two days before 48 +++hours ahead.

Liked: The location is great, and the staff there is awesome and very friendly!

Very central historic hotel

Liked: We were given a separate 2 bedrooms space instead of just 2 Queen beds which was much appreciated
Disliked: No coffee machine in room

Disliked: Room was not clean. Some type of small bugs all over the window area, floor had dirt and/or crumbs, and shower was dirty.

Liked: The location and easy check in and out.
Disliked: The door to get inside was up two flights or stairs and when we got up with all our luggage the door wasn’t working to even get inside. All through the night the lights kept turning on? Literallt woke up up three times during the night with the light turning right on. I called to complain after checking out, they told me they would call me back and they never did.
