Great value for a stay...

Liked: Excellent location, basic but clean and comfortable and great value for money. Decent breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location and friendly staff.

Liked: Great location close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate station. Staff were super friendly and helpful. As we were on the top floor the gentleman at the front desk helped carry our bags for us. We also told them we were checking out early so they left breakfast food and drinks in our room as breakfast was included in our price. Great experience, highly recommend and would stay here again.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, 7 minutes walk from Paddington underground. Breakfast decent, there was some choice
Disliked: the size of the bathroom was small, the toilet and the sink was too close. I am not a big person, but someone bigger than me could not use the toilet. The floor was quite dirty, and also the shelves. The room was in the basement, with no view, it was very hot in the room, and there is no AC, only a loud big fan, that had to be turned off during the stay in the room.

Liked: The room facilities, cleaning and breakfast! Location was really good, close to Paddington station easy to move everywhere. The room was super comfortable and clean. Breakfast was way better than expected and all the employees were helpful and sweet. Definitely would consider it again
