Liked: Only the entrance
Disliked: First of all they put us to top of the building in which with no lift. the room was pretty small including toilet and there was facility for cup of coffee or tea but with no water to drink with.

Good value for money

Liked: Location was convenient, near Paddington station with plenty of restaurants around.The room was very clean and certainly you need to climb some stairs (I was in room 17, top floor), but not a problem if you have a fair condition.Good value for money.
Disliked: Breakfast room is very small and got crowded, everyone had to play Tetris to get to the table or the food.

Liked: Beautiful property and beautiful room. Very clean with great facilities in the room. Location was excellent as so close to Paddington Station. Will definitely come back to this hotel, we loved it
Disliked: The only negative aspect was the heat in the room, however they did have a wall mounted fan which we had on the whole time.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, the room was great value for the price however the room was outdated but that’s not really too important to me. The breakfast could have been better but it was better than nothing. Myself and my family enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again in the future. It was really close to Paddington station and various bakeries, coffee shops and places to eat.
Disliked: The fan was really loud but yet again it’s better that was in the room instead of no fan at all because it was very hot in the room.
