Overall the location is excellent...

Liked: Lovely lady in reception, very kind and helpful. Overall the room was very nice.
Disliked: The only improvement would be replacing the sealant in the bathroom as it just looked like more and more was put on top of the mouldy one. The shower tray was also a bit battered but maybe it was just in ours.

Liked: The lady in the reception was very nice. We reached to the hotel late and she told us we can leave hotel late as 11.30 which was very good for us. We were very tired.. The hotel room was good..
Disliked: The sink was blocked, so it was a bit disgusting, they need to fix it. Also the bathroom door was a sliding door, so it is not hygienic at the same bedroom.

Liked: The hotel is great. The staff are amazing. One of my favourite hotels in Bournemouth, stayed many times.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Easy to find, lovely and helpful manager.
Disliked: The bed was far too bouncy. Every time one of us turned over, the other felt like they were on a trampoline, it made it quite hard to sleep.
