Liked: Very good location
Disliked: We stayed in room 108 and we did not sleep well because we heard everything from people walking past our room or the room above. Very noisy.We ordered the 'Free bikes' on the website but they still charged us for them.The fee was very little, only 12 Euros for 2 bikes, but when we booked the hotel, it said FREE bikes.If they made the mistake of still having 'FREE bikes' on the website, they should pay for them, not us.It is such a small part of the price, we were paying 120 per night for the room.

Perfect location, great staff and...

Liked: We had a room with a terrace on the top floor, it was a bit too cold to use it as we stayed in march, but the space is excellent. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with a huge selection of everything you could want, the coffee was perfect. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is really good, right in the center of Ruzafa, surrounded with cafes, bars and restaurants. The 90 bus is just around the corner, which will take you to the beach. We rented a couple of bikes and headed off along the sea front, It is Gorgeous! We arrived by train from Barcelona and literally walked to the hotel, the taxi to the airport was 20 mins. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks guys.

Hotel with great facilities in...

Liked: Great location to explore the city. Very comfy bed. Good size rooms. Helpful staff. Breakfast options - varied and tasty. Access to free electric bikes, which were a fantastic way to explore the city - can’t book in advance but arrive early at Reception and should be able to get them.
Disliked: Nothing really but it is worth noting that the hotel is in a lively area - so it was noisy with people talking/drinking into the early hours.

This place was a gem...

Liked: The staff is superb. Maria, Noelia, Rafael and Ana all provided excellent service, advice and were a pleasure to deal with. They are all a true asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Our room was lovely with a 2 large windows with a gorgeous street view. We could not have asked for better. Thank you all for making our trip so very pleasant.
Disliked: Not a fault or judgment of the hotel by any means but I just wonder why parents would allow their 3 boys to play and kick a futbol around inside the lobby. They were incredibly loud and we nearly got hit by the ball twice while we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our taxi!
