Nice hotel with good amenities

Liked: Nice boutique hotel, with only 4 rooms per floor. The small breakfast (bagels and croissants) plus coffee was greatly appreciated. Very clean.Friendly staff. Room-size might be slightly above NYC average.

Great location, comfortable and quiet...

Liked: Excellent location, well-appointed rooms and super friendly (and helpful) staff. The bagels and coffee making facilities were a bonus. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Not really a "don't like", more of a note that for Aussies like me (or non-New Yorkers), be aware that the rooms are a little on the small side. No big deal as the location is so good that you won't spend too much time in the room.

Small room but very friendly...

Liked: The staff was super helpful and responsive. (The TV set was hard to work though, but I got in late and had to leave early the next day so didn't ask the desk for assistance.).
Disliked: Room was very small, with a small sink in the bedroom right next to the bed!--was warned in advance, but still.Decaffeinated coffee choices at breakfast- are needed--the capsules in the room were unmarked and I didn' t know which had caffeine or not.

Will stay again!

Liked: Great location, lots of nearby good restaurants.Room may be tiny, but the space was very well thought out and you have all you need.It was awesome to have bagels/croissants/apples for free for breakfast, 24 hr coffee available.We had 2 large pieces of luggage. They allowed us to keep one in storage during our stay, so we only brought 1 luggage to the room.There was always someone at the desk/available.
Disliked: Coffee at the room could be better.

Super friendly staff, centrally located...

Liked: The location is very central and I could reach all destinations by foot. The area is safe and at no point did I feel I could not walk about even late at night. The staff surprised me on my birthday with a delightful tray including a chocolate brownie cake with a candle, some chocolates and even a party hat and rolled towels resembling a tiered cake! It was such a happy surprise!
Disliked: Hanging space was very limited and two wall hooks are not enough to get clothes hanging out after long distance travel.

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic location (close to Bryant Park and Grand Central for the subway) with comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff with easy check in and check out process. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Nothing, would happily return and recommend the hotel to NYC visitors!
