Nice location, but not clean

Disliked: Not clean - The bed appeared to have dozens of other people’s hairs and stains in it. Remote had disgusting stains as well.

Liked: Really clean and a modern space great location
Disliked: Rooms a lil smaller than expected but other than that great rooms

Exceeded expectations-- would definitely recommend...

Liked: Location's perfect. Facilities were well-maintained. Coffee/breakfast service is a huge plus. Staff were exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: Only drawback to note was the small amount of storage space (especially places to hang things) for belongings in our room-- (and we travel pretty light).

Lovely hotel!

Liked: Lovely hotel in a good location. Very clean, room a good size for NY. Nice croissant breakfast/coffee machine/water dispenser etc. No street noise inside room, or noise from adjoining rooms. Felt very safe. Friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: Minor things only: how loud the heating/cooling unit inside the room was. The mattress wasn't my favorite, but it was fine. They use a flat sheet on the bottom of the bed, which would come untucked every night so I woke partly on the mattress protector.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff was friendly
Disliked: The rooms are small, the air condition is extremely noisy

Liked: The view, that I paid a premium price for was beautiful, but staff was unable to provide a small chair to sit on the balcony to get the most out of the view. The room was by far the tiniest space that I’ve ever stayed in. I’d recommend it for a single occupant only.
