Highly Recommended — Spacious, Friendly,...

Liked: A great stay in Manhattan! The location is excellent, and both the room and the bathroom are more spacious than average for accommodations in the city — a real bonus.The staff is very kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home.They offer complimentary breakfast, which is a nice touch, but keep in mind it’s mostly for early risers — you need to get there before 7:30am to enjoy it.Still, absolutely worth it. Would definitely stay again!

Stay elsewhere

Liked: The only thing that we liked about this hotel, the bed was very comfortable and that was about it
Disliked: The first thing I did not like is the fact that when we came in, and we know we were extremely early and we sat in the lobby for several hours and twice upon checking, and once I was approached by the staff that we’re putting a rush on your room well an hour and a half later I finally went up to the desk And oh yes, your room is ready and get up there, and I have to say it was very disappointed, especially when I booked the terrace room with the outdoor terrace a piece of furniture out there. It was dirty, not very appealing and that terrace. Walked around to somebody else’s room next to us on the other side of this wall of fake plasticgreens that were there was really disappointed in the terrace and just a whole overall experience I think I paid way too much for what I got at this hotel and I will never stay there again. The only thing that was good as I said, the bed was comfortable and that’s it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I would never consider staying here.

Wonderful staff and great location...

Liked: The customer service was exceptional! Every staff member was very helpful and had a positive demeanor. They made the environment wonderful and made us think that we would want to return there in the future.
Disliked: The room was pretty small, but it was sufficient. It was very clean and the space was very cleverly used to enhance comfort.
