A great stay for a...

Liked: Although a little expensive the room was very comfortable with great wilderness views. There was also a log fire going when we arrived.The restaurant was very pricey but very very nice.
Disliked: Bathroom temperature was ice cold compared to the rest of the cabin. The small log fire was not enough to warm all rooms so the bathroom door was closed most of the time.

Disliked: Overall it was tired and worn. The main area of the Lodge needs refurbishing. No TV or wifi in cabin.Staff should be more friendly and professional.Overall it reminded me of a school campsite.

Fantastic service !!

Liked: We liked the location close to the National park, the wild animals (wombats, resident platypus and pattymelon) on site at the resort, the meals and especially the service! The service at both the reception and the two restaurants were great! I forgot the suitcase cover of my car at the resort and one of their associates (Brendon) was so kind as to help me drop it off at Hertz Launceston on their way there. We also encountered a scary spider in the room and the friendly receptionist from Thailand came to our rescue. There is an insecticide spray in the bathroom (by the way).
