Short But Sweet.

Liked: How modern it was, the lounge bar setting is simply breathtaking. The ambience of the green and purple lights are so relaxing. The little terrace balcony was a great for outdoor seating. The staff are so friendly. The lovely girl on reception took time to chat away to us last night sorry I didn’t catch your name but she is a credit to the hotel as well as the male member of staff on reception, he was very helpful. Nothing was a problem to the staff especially with getting us drinks of water as it was so so warm. We will definitely be back again for a further visit.
Disliked: The air conditioning needs upgraded in the bedrooms as it’s so so hot 24/7, but I am aware the bedrooms are being upgraded so hopefully this will be considered into the new revamp. Also 2 pillows per person would be a nice extra. But that’s me just being particular.

Reasonable and comfy

Liked: Easy location. Nice clean room. Nothing to complain about really
Disliked: No presence of bar staff / restaurant staff… had to go to reception and wait 15 minutes for a bucket of ice

comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel is in a prime location not far from the city centre check in was smooth and the amenity was clean and straight forward the only thing did not know how to turn the air condition or lights which is controlled by a main switch not the cards took us a day to figure out but really good stay.

Really good value for money.perfect...

Liked: Location, quick walk from new street station & a quick walk to city centre
Disliked: The AC in the room wasn’t very powerful

Very good

Liked: room was comfortable , clean and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: the road outside the hotel is noisy and although I could open the window ( it was a hot night ) the noise was too much to sleep with it open.
