A room with a view?

Liked: Even though the decor is tired, the hotel is very clean .
Disliked: The lack of parking and the bedroom windows were filthy . The reception smells damp and fusty but I think that is because the age of the hotel.

Hotel didn’t inform me about...

Liked: Didn’t inform us about having no car park or construction works currently on going while we were staying. No parking and drilling right above our room
Disliked: Every request wasn’t fulfilled. Air cooling system didn’t work. Requested a fan. Never came Blood on bathroom ceiling

B and B hotel Birmingham.

Liked: Nice clean and tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy and spacious. Hotel was in a good location 10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station. Plenty of food and drink outlets in the area.
Disliked: Breakfast was extra if you wanted it.

Cheap and cheerful.

Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic and is very close to the train station.The staff were cheerful and pleasant.
Disliked: The room i was located in was in desperate need of a refit. The carpet was stained, the walls were covered in marks.The key card wasn't working on the front door after the doors were locked.
