Great location, spacious rooms &...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, 10/10 sleep. Spacious rooms and well decorated throughout the hotel.
Disliked: The only slight issue we had was the room was very hot, we tried to work the air con but couldn’t seem to set the temperature and cool the room down. We left the windows open whilst we was out which helped but had to close these to sleep as noise from the roads.

A truly pleasant gem.

Liked: The hotel is very close to town; the staff were excellent; the room was a decent size and well equipped; and the breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: The room was quite warm: the air conditioning didn't seem to take the temperature down below 25 degrees! Also, the bed was a little hard.

Nice stay

Liked: The room as spacious and the bed really comfortable. It was really nice they allowed us to check in early.
Disliked: The service rooms didn’t clean our room and the coffee and tea was not enough. But all good. Not a big thing.

Would stay again for short...

Liked: Very modern and clean, room.was a good size
Disliked: When we returned from the theater we were met by a security guard asking if we were.staying in the hotel, we told them the room number and our name and they said " no your not staying here" as he checked his piece of paper, it took a few minutes of discussion before another member of staff came and said yes they are here! All very confusing and upsetting after a great night

Good value for money, nice...

Liked: Being refurbished and think it reflected in the price, good value for money and only a short walk to venues, Bullring, China Town. Clean. Nice breakfast - freshly baked croissants were the best.
Disliked: Work noises from 9am onwards but it was explained at check-in. No on site car park available but we found on street parking.
