An absolute pleasure to stay at this Hotel

Liked: Friendly helpfully staff with lovely smiles to greet us . Breakfast was excellent, served by smiling helpful staff (a smile goes a long way in our book)
Disliked: Everything was really good from start to finish with a lovely view of the river from our room

Good location for beer festival

Liked: We have stayed here before, we love the views from the terrace looking over the river. It's a great location, quiet and friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Rooms are OK, the bed on our last visit was just awful. Visibly dipping mattresses which were very uncomfortable for sleeping. At 149 per night I expect a good night's sleep. Unfortunately we may check out the Premier Inn which is just a short distance away and still good location
