Perfect location to explore the...

Liked: Brilliant location close to Hyde Park and Marble Arch.Well equipped rooms. Very friendly and helpful management and staff. Simple but good breakfast.
Disliked: Rather run down and in need of investment in decorating.

One night sufficient for our...

Liked: Location couldn’t be beaten. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Room crammed with furniture but nowhere to sit but bed(s). Toilet/shower room door improperly hung so didn’t close - door and carpet struggled to get along. Sink plug inoperable.

Liked: Was easy to find, good nearby buses and underground. Breakfast was good. Helpful Staff
Disliked: No supply af decaffeinated tea or coffee. Getting in to bathroom was difficult could be sorted by a change to which way the door opens.

Liked: LOCATION VERY CONVENIENT AND STAFF VERY NICE.
Disliked: The hotel need totally upgrade. Too old. It's ok to maintain the structure of the building but inside room...carpet is too dusty that makes all surroundings feels dusty. Maybe near future air-conditione is a must coz the fan make so much noise. The hotel has so much potential just need some changes.

Liked: Loved the location. Very convenient . Our stay was very brief so we were not able to have the breakfast unfortunately.
Disliked: The hotel could benefit from some updating.
