Well located, cheap for London...

Liked: You get what you pay for. Room is big, clean and hotel is well located. That is it. No luxury but you will be nearby Hyde Park, walking distance to Bond Street, Mayfair, Marylebone, Paddington. Breakfast is simple, but enough.
Disliked: Building is old, no elevator (my room was on 5th floor), noisy floor. But in general not bad for the price you pay.

Liked: Location is the best. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was well prepared and plentiful.
Disliked: The stairs were a challenge even without luggage. The room required some maintenance and has not been updated for a long time. The room was smaller than we expected

Liked: Breakfast was great and way more choice then we expected. Staff were really nice and always said hello.Our room was what we needed and the beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing really.Would stay again for sure.

Liked: The location was fabulous , staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was clean
Disliked: The room & place were nothing like the photos when booking. The general condition of the decor was poor, with wallpaper hanging off and stuck on with masking tape . The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress had seen better days. Overhead lighting of the bed didn't work, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut.
