This is where I always...

Liked: Location is great, with shops within walking distance, as well as a tram stop to take you straight into the city. Easy to find, free parking. Helpful staff. Facilities great but the room was cold.
Disliked: Heating in the room would have made it perfect.

it was OK and suited...

Liked: the location and parking were exactly what we wanted.
Disliked: the wifi / internet basically did not work. the bathroom door did not have a latch to keep it closed. the bed was lumpy.

Well worthwhile. Will return.

Liked: Clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. Great location. Very reasonable price. Facilities as advertised.
Disliked: A few repairs needed such as loose lock and sealing around kitchen bench

Liked: Great location to stay if wanting to stay over in Melbourne to see a show, after my daughter has finished a day of dancing in Brunswick. Very close to train station or tram to get into city centre.
Disliked: It was fine for an overnight stay. Motel in general needs a freshen up.
