Very poor service.

Liked: Had booked a large room. Arrived (winter), room had not been heated. Freezing. Was offered a suite as upgrade. This was at least warm but comprised two small rooms connected by stairs. As we only needed a bedroom, in effect we had a far worse deal. No financial compensation offered for that stay.

Liked: Nice hotel at the heart of the city but not noisy.House keeping was OK.Did not try room service or their food in general.Friendly staff.I was given a spacious room with a view of the Wasserturm so that was nice.The toilet was small but clean and well maintained.It's value for money.
