Liked: The hotel staff is exceptionally dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. Their service disposition is unparalleled compared to many other hotels. The service is truly outstanding, especially from the door ambassador, Mohamed Shetaya.

The nicest boutique hotel in...

Liked: The staff are great: so friendly, so helpful. Chuck at the door is the beating heart of the hotel, a man with a welcoming smile, takes the time for you is always ready to help with whatever you need. It's a boutique hotel that ticks a lot of boxes, rooms are quiet and perfectly comfortable.
Disliked: There was no real bar area until the weather improves and the roof terrace opens for some pretty amazing views. I also missed a breakfast area, although the street is filled with great little breakfast places to take out, so you won't go hungry! The gym was cute, but 3 is a crowd.

Good staff, clean, and may...

Liked: staff were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely made it worth the stay. It was clean and met our basic needs. The evening happy hour was a nice touch to the stay. They also got a mini fridge for our room which was super helpful.
Disliked: The booking it came with breakfast. Not sure why, but they actually provided vouchers to the coffee shop directly next door. The issue was the coffee shop was incredibly slow at preparing the food. Almost 45 minutes to make 4 breakfast sandwiches. The people were so kind, but just weren't equipped to do this. Nothing against the hotel, but I'd recommend they probably don't offer breakfast until they can meet their own demand for those services. The location was fine, but I really think NYC is so big - I might choose a different location next visit.
