Friendly staff, not great rooms

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: The beds were too firm, no boxspring.The temperature was too high in the room, airco didn't work.The bathroom was not easy access, the bath too high to shower.

Great stay, fabulous staff

Liked: The room was fine, bed comfortable, the facilities good. The location is superb, in proximity to Kudamm and U- and S-Bahn. A plumbing malfunction in my room was addressed promptly. Nicely furbished rooms with design elements
Disliked: All well, staff handled the plumbing malfunction with great courtesy.

Good, but keep airco on...

Liked: Location, breakfast very good, free fruit/water
Disliked: Rooms were warm. Open the window but then you have outside noise
