Best hotel I have ever...

Liked: such a nice place, clean, stylish and personell is so kind and helpful. You weven get a bottle of red wine as a welcoming present in your room! This is the most amazing hotel I've stayed at!

Liked: I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. There wasn’t one spot. The room has normal hairdryer that every Women uses at her own home. There was a steamer. The room is on a smaller side and the bed is good if you like soft type of mattress. Stuff at the reception and at the breakfast are the best! Nenad was very polite, fast, with smile on his face. Stuff works so smoothly that you dont see anything just enjoy. Good breakfast + a la cart breakfast

Disliked: Main elevator was broeken du ring whole stay.. Doors of the spare elevator were literally being held together with duct tape

Liked: Fantastic staff!When we asked for another room, not towards the noisy street, they provided an upgraded room without any extra payment. Lovely!Staff offered 4 free drinks in exchange for no cleaning every day.Good comfort for the bed. Nice mattress. Steamer in the room. Good breakfast. Fantastic location, very accessible.
Disliked: Staff: The staff were great—pleasant and friendly. However, no one told us that there was an à la carte breakfast menu. We only discovered it on the last day (day 4), which was disappointing.Sleeping: The main reason I book a hotel is to get good sleep. Unfortunately, on two out of four nights, there were concerts in the lobby until midnight. If you’re staying on the first floor, forget about sleeping—it feels like the piano is playing right in your room.Breakfast: The coffee machine was broken, and no one could make a cappuccino. That’s a big miss for a hotel breakfast.Room: The phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call the front desk.The bathroom heater was broken.There was visible dust in many areas—cleaning could be improved.Facilities: One of the elevators was out of order.Worst of all, I hit my head on a low door frame between parts of the building. I’m not even a tall person, and it still wasn’t safe.

Disliked: Very poorly designed bathroom with water dripping from the shower onto the toilet, nowhere to hang your clothes or towels and no place for cosmetics
