Park MGM Las Vegas

The room was very nice...

Liked: The decor, the shops, cleaning staff and one guy who worked the front counter who was from Pomona; i didn’t get his name. They were great. I would stay here again. I loved it!
Disliked: Confusion regarding the parking fees and keys used for parking.

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Sensor snacks… instructions are at the bottom of the tray. Kids opened water and snacks with in seconds before we notice the instructions and resulted 100$ bucks for nothing

Liked: The pools restaurants and casino was great
Disliked: Wish i was told that i would not have access to the Nomad Pool unless buying a special room

A great base for Vegas...

Liked: The property was modern, clean and fresh with it being smoke free. The casino was nicely accessible the valet (with in n out at all MGM properties) was awesome and while expensive was cheaper than LA. Check in was pretty efficient and check out was even easier. Tram from the property helped with getting up and down the strip.
Disliked: I just didn’t buy into the Eataly concept, restaurant level pricing, you could order by phone without a US number but then no notification your order was ready so it ended up being table service price for a long wait and a walk around 4 different vendors to find out where to get your drink from (it wasn’t the place your ordered the food or the bar…). The food was okay but not good enough to redeem the service - the only negative experience we had in an MGM property on the strip.

Liked: Vibes and deco and restaurants, Eataly downstairs, and swimming pool
Disliked: I specifically requested not to be assigned a room with an internal connecting door on reservation, yet I was given room 220 on the 15th floor, which has a door connecting to room next door.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: I like that the hotel is smoke free. The room was very clean, could use, at least a fridge without an extra charge..
Disliked: There was not enough options for breakfast. Betty's only had 3 options and in room dining was expensive, $28.00 for luke warm eggs and cold toast is too much. Primrose, in my opinion, is more of a high end brunch spot.
