Fabulous experience in the heart...

Liked: Receptionist service - excellent, proactive and flexible as the hotel approved our early check in Room was ready, clean, comfortable bed, fresh towels and environmental staff service every day. Pool staff was very friendly and accommodating. We used the voucher for food after the concert, which helped us with the option to try very yummy varieties. We enjoyed Italian panning, Side Betty burgers, Caesar salad so fresh. Starbucks breakfast was a great addition to the experience. The heat outside was a challenge, but we enjoyed everything else, that Park MGM offered to enhance our stay. The best part - if you visit to enjoy the Dolby concert - You don't need to leave the hotel. Very convenient way to dress up, walk through the Casino and you are already entering the concert lounge. Super friendly people everywhere. Thank you so much! Lenny Kravitz live production was Phenomenal to complement Park MGM experience. We could not ask for more.
Disliked: Shower drainage was blocked in 22330, but we understand that so many people are using the shower at the same time. Automatically charge of the refreshments in the room.Missing a mini fridge and coffee machine in the apartment would be a room for improvement.Everything else worked great. Thank you Park MGM

Liked: It was where concert I went to was
Disliked: The service was terrible at nomad pool… wouldn’t let us in without reservation but I watched several people come in and just grab towels and not get checked for reservations. The pool was empty and saw many chairs not reserved. Main pools on first floor so gross with lotion and floating food. I went back to Nomad pool and saw same thing with empty chairs and people walking in. AC in room wasn’t cool enough at lowest temperature and shower didn’t drain, standing in dirty water. Prices of drinks are highway robbery.

Liked: Very nice room very clean. We enjoyed our stay. And the Lenny Kravitz concert was the best. I have seen him eleven times and this was the best concert. Parking was close and right by the hotel. We will come again. Thank you!

Great location. Was perfect for...

Liked: The location was awesome
Disliked: It was a little dirty - there was chewing gum stuck to the picture frame in our room and bits of rubbish around. For the price the decor could do with some upgrading - it is starting to look like one of the older casinos in Vegas.
