Uncomfortable beds ,pillows way to...
Liked: Breakfast was cold, only thing was good was the hot drink
Disliked: Hot food, so would have been better to put less out and keep hot holding times within the limits .. as too much food out so it looked good, but it was cold and not good at all.

Liked: Comfy bed, friendly staff. Great location.
Disliked: Shower to small. Food needed to be hotter. Parking spaces was fine, however people parking in places they shouldn't have been and putting my vehicle at risk of getting dented and scratched.

Unfortunately, my experience at this...
Liked: The room was clean and nicely decorated. short walk to the beach
Disliked: Although the premises have recently undergone refurbishment, some outdated features remain. One key issue is the single elevator, which has a manual door and is very compact—likely too small to accommodate a wheelchair. Additionally, there are no ground-floor rooms available, which could present accessibility challenges for some guests. The hotel does have a bar serving standard drinks, but the space felt quite soulless—large, impersonal, and not especially welcoming.Guests should also be aware of parking charges: there’s a £14 overnight fee to use the on-site car park. However, free street parking is available after 5:00 PM untul 9am..My first morning didn’t get off to a great start. Breakfast, which was advertised to start at a 7am, wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was told it would be another 30 minutes—unfortunately, I had to leave for work by then, so I only managed to eat two slices of toast and have a coffee. No compensation was offered, still chasing.Later that evening, I returned expecting to have dinner at the hotel, but was told the kitchen had closed for the day, at just 7:00 PM. Given that the hotel is not located near any pubs or restaurants, this was particularly inconvenient. I had to travel into Bournemouth town centre to find a meal. Staff didn’t seem especially concerned about the inconvenience.Overall, the experience felt somewhat disorganised and lacking in hospitality. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and guest experience.
