Good room, food and beverage...

Liked: Clean comfortable riom.
Disliked: Dirty tables in lounge. Staff walked past several times but did not clear. Also had to go looking for someone to check in, get coffee etc.

Good value for money, except...

Liked: Room was good, bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Price of drinks. And just attention to detail. The place looks scruffy from the outside. Weeds all over, broken planters full of weeds. Hanging baskets with dead flowers in. Place needs a maintenance person looking after it. You’re making the money, spend it on the building. It’s a real shame it looks so tatty.

Great stay as always

Liked: I regularly stay at Park Hall and find the staff very welcoming and friendly
Disliked: I would be happier if the tea, coffee and milk be replenished daily
