Liked: My stay at this hotel was fantastic, the rooms where lovely and clean and the food was 10/10 and the staff where so so lovely will definitely be coming here again thank you so much for a lovely stay

Never again

Disliked: On arrival we was informed we had been upgraded to a apartment which turned out to be a chalet the door let water in during the night and was located in the middle of other chalets being renovated to our surprise we where woken up at 7.15 to the sound of saws and the work men’s radios when I went to reception I was met by the most arrogant receptionist all though Mohammed the duty manger tried he wasn’t given authentication to move us for the second night as the hotel was full he couldn’t offer a complimentary meal as the restraunt was full due to a wedding we had to make other arrangements to go out to eat as we couldn’t get a booking in the restraunt he did offer to give us free access to the spa well what can you say about the pool and spar run down the pool is on the other side of the building to the steam room and sauna all in all the stay was horrendous it also didn’t help that there was a rave being held in the night club on our second nights stay all though the noise wasn’t bad from this

If you want a relaxing...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: None of the windows in the rooms facing the motorway closed properly so you could hear the motorway all night.Rooms are not soundproofed, so you can hear next door.All the doors are wooden and tight fit, so need to be slammed shut to close - which wakes everyone up.No fridge in room.No aircon in room. No secondary chain to ensure the door would remain shut overnight.Swimming pool & gym is not in the same building - and is a walk away.

Disliked: Bed was broken and mattress had completely collapsed on one side of the bed. I informed the staff and they did not do anything about it. Work up the next day with a bad crick in my neck.

Not a great place for...

Liked: Our room was clean and the bathroom appeared quite new. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet food selection was good with freshly chopped fruit and a toaster that worked well. Staff all friendly. Lots of car parking.
Disliked: Our room was the smallest double hotel room we've ever encountered with just 2' round each side of the bed. Very small bathroom with tiny sink. Only 1 mug in the room and it took 2 visits to reception, 45 minutes apart to get a second mug. The room wasn't serviced (we stayed 2 nights).Lots of steps: to get from the lift to our room, or from the lift to the bar/restaurant. There were even steps within the restaurant to get from the buffet to the seating areas. The lift wasn't reliable and the doors didn't always open at the destination.
