Nice hotel, good staff and...

Liked: The welcome was great! The boy at the front desk was really nice and kind, he was professional and charm. The situation for us was excellent and also quite. The room has the all facilities and was comfortable. The only thing we can object was the clean department did not take into account we were three people 2 adults and 1 child because the room was ready such as for one person. We are sorry we can not remember the good looking boy, but here is a clue, he has been in Barcelona (Martinez’terrace too) where we are from :). Good job!

Good clean convenient hotel

Liked: Hotel location close to Paddington Station- walkable. In a good area surrounded by convenience stores cafes and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms had air con.

Perfect for a 2 night...

Liked: Breakfast was really nice plenty to chose from
Disliked: Nothing really I would return . They didn’t replace the water in the fridge that’s all .

Convenient Hotel but with some...

Liked: Breakfast was quite good. More variety than other English hotel breakfast buffets. Especially liked the fresh fruit and hot porridge. Location convenient to Paddington station and a number of nearby excellent ethnic restaurants. Room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Also excellent lighting over the bed.
Disliked: Booked a deluxe single room. It was very small - beyond “cozy”. Bathroom squeezed under a dormer slant so had to watch your head. Had a very small sink with no place to put toiletries. But was convenient to the lift.

Awful / Bloodstained bedding… This...

Liked: Close to Paddington Station. The ONLY positive about this dump.
Disliked: Rude staff, not trustworthy, liars and absolutely filthy, housekeeping make beds flipping over soiled mattress protectors rather than changing them so you get to sleep on other people’s blood.
