Do not recommend.

Liked: The location is great, but you can stay at literally any other hotel as the neighborhood is completely full of hotels. It’s absolutely not worth it for the location.
Disliked: This hotel operates in bad faith and treats guests with complete disregard once they have your payment.When we arrived, our room was not ready at the official check-in time — we waited over an hour before we could even enter. The room we were given had broken amenities, no functioning air conditioning in summer (the room was unbearably warm), soaked toilet paper roll, broken drawers, and a connecting door to another room that allowed every sound to come through. We reported these issues immediately, and a receptionist promised a 20% discount for the entire stay as compensation.We specifically asked for written confirmation — this was refused, with the explanation that the same receptionist would be present at checkout to confirm. She was not. Instead, another staff member was condescending and told us the discount only applied to the first night — something never mentioned before.To make matters worse, when I followed up in writing, the manager attempted to frame basic contractual obligations as “goodwill gestures.” When challenged with these inaccuracies, they simply stopped replying.This hotel does not keep its word and manipulates the narrative to avoid responsibility, by ignoring their guests. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to resolve complaints or honour agreements.

Great location, shame about the...

Liked: Location was great. 5 mins from Paddington Station. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The room was filthy, mould in the bathroom, dead flies squashed into the wall, bits of food left on bed side table. The photographer that took the pictures was not paid enough because they made the Hotel look totally different than real life. Breakfast was poor also.

Disliked: Airconditioner didn’t work inside our room & our window faced multiple noisy airconditioner HVAC units. Staff very rarely smiled

Wanted to love it, but...

Liked: The location is optimal and very close to the wonderful Hyde Park.
Disliked: There were so many little bugs that kept biting me throughout the night during my stay and I brought it to the attention of the staff and they completely ignored my concerns. There was also certain days where the hot water was completely off so unfortunately had to take blistering cold showers and again I brought it up to the staff and they did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Also when I attempted to call the front desk from my room, they never answered. Attempted over 10 times and not once did they answer and keep in mind this was in the afternoon.
