Liked: Fantastic location, lovely staff friendly and helpful. Didnt eat at the hotel but small restaurant bar area. Very clean nice bathroom comfy bed. Great the supply water tea coffee biscuits and nice fridge.
Disliked: Underfloor heating in bathroom was so hot and couldn't figure out how to turn it off! Fire alarm went off twice not the hotels fault however. Wasnt keen on basement room should have specified higher floor as my preference.

Pleasantly surprised, super affordable and...

Liked: I was a little hesitant about staying here due to the mediocre reviews, however it was affordable and within a good walking distance of both the train station and venue so thought I'd book it anyway. In my opinion the reviews are way off! When we first got there, we were kindly advised we were upgraded to a club room. The room itself was fairly spacious (not sure how big of a room you need if you're just using it to get ready, and sleep in) and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but had everything you could need and more! the shower was powerful and also had a waterfall feature which was lovely, and it was well stocked with toiletries including a vanity kit, shaving kit and dental kit. The room also had a microwave and fridge which I found super useful. Finally the staff were all so welcoming and friendly and even went the extra mile by bringing us our food delivery once it was dropped off in reception. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay and would definitely book again.
Disliked: There was a stain on the comforter but this was very minorThe hallway lights shone through as well as the light from the do not disturb button however again minimal and could be avoided by turning the do not disturb notification off

Liked: location was perfect considering we needed to be in Hammersmith, the West End, Kentish Town and Kensington. room although a touch small was clean and comfortable and of suitable quality. the staff were very polite and helped without problem the one time we needed them.
Disliked: bedroom a little small, and having to place baggage beside the bed, made it different to get out from the far side of the bed.
