Disappointing

Liked: It's located a 5 min walk from Paddington Station and has quick access to all the touristy parts of London.
Disliked: I was put up in what is described on Google Maps as a 3 star Sister building down the street.I never got to stay in the hotel I booked.The bed was pulled down off the wall and had a thin mattress. Took forever for the shower and bathroom sinks hot water to heat up.Extremely poor.

Liked: The price was good given the location
Disliked: Bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Loud banging on the floor above at 4:00 and 5:00 AM. No tea/coffee etc stocked when we arrived in the room. Staff were very rude when we initially arrived - very dismissive and ill-mannered. Doubted that we had booked the right day/had booking confirmation etc even though we gave them booking numbers etc.

Liked: The front desk team were extremely helpful and attentive. The location was great and very convenient.
Disliked: The whole hotel needs an upgrade. It is very dated and the room was not up to standard for a 4/5* hotel at all.
