Park Central Hotel

Very welcoming friendly staff. Room was well equipped, spacious and immaculate. Hotel is in a great position to enjoy all aspects of Bournemouth. Will stay again.

First visit, but not last. Good first impressions. Excellent welcome and easy check in. Classic double was very roomy and spotlessly clean with a large bed which was very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with good selection of toiletries, lovely towels and brilliant shower, although shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger, but no complaint. Room nicely decorated and loads of space, drawers and wardrobe. Room extras were excellent with hairdryer, iron and board, plus a good selection of teas and coffees as well as mineral water. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food and drinks. Dishes replaced and topped up regularly. All staff were brilliant, polite, helpful and efficient. We will return and hotel location also ideal for the BIC, Pavilion, beach and town centre. Great parking opposite hotel too. Highly recommended.

Disliked: Room small, stuffy, no air conditioning. Can't sleep comfortably all night as it was too hot. Needs updating.

Liked: The location is fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice but I would have expected more options for the price we paid.
Disliked: The room was absolutely tiny considering the price and the shower was so small it was actually quite difficult to wash properly as there wasn't space to step out of the water stream. The lift was not working when we stayed.

Disliked: I'm a disabled person and had a room on the floor right next to reception which was incredibly noisy throughout the night usual slaming of door shouting and so on room was clean bed very uncomfortable sofa so sunken actually hurt myself trying to get off it shower in the bath unable to lift leg up high enough to get in room not really suitable for a disabled person and after a rocky night fire alarm goes off 7 am not my best stay have previously stayed 5 times before with no issue

Nice hotel, great location, suited...

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Big shout for the Crab restaurant which is part of the hotel, truly excellent. Good full English breakfast. Good reasonable priced parking adjacent to the hotel. Possibly a little pricey for the room but worked out well for us.
Disliked: Great location, friendly staff in hotel and restaurant.

Affordable and comfortable stay by...

Liked: The staff are welcoming and wonderful, they made sure our stay was as nice as possible. The bedrooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding which I really loved to see. For staying a few days, it was really nice, especially being super accessible to the beach area!
Disliked: Breakfast was claimed to be "free", then stated there was a fee of around £8 (for the tray) to your bedroom, but then it added up to £12-ish? Very confusing and doesn't really inform you, but I suppose nothing is ever "free" in a hotel.
