Very good

Overpriced and disappointing.

Liked: Mr Shahbaz was very helpful and polite on the front desk.
Disliked: Way overpriced. It was very expensive. The room was basic and definitely not worth the money we paid. We booked it for the location but that turned out to be bad too. Nothing in the area and most guests were having to order food in via delivery as there wasn’t anything in the hotel or near it.

Delightful week-long stay

Liked: Pleasant and attentive staff. Location was perfect for getting around London. Accessible to the Underground train transit and taxis. Next to Kensington Park and palace.

Liked: Clean and tidy, good price, friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed and pillows are solid, with new mattress’s it would make a big difference to this otherwise good value hotel.

Modern, clean, and impressive hotel.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and modern. Although our room was small, it was clean and included all the facilities you'd need. A smart tv (which worked!) And a coffee pod machine. Excellent location for Kennington park. Really impressed for the price! Would definitely stay again and recommend.
