Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned the next morning even after requesting for it to be cleaned

It served its purpose

Liked: Breakfast was good staff very friendly
Disliked: Room was on the lower ground and too small. We could not even open the window

Disliked: Quite unclean, lots of dust everywhere, particularly in the air vent which flared up allergies, carpets full of stains3 plugs for the bath - none actually fit in the bath (and I paid extra for a room with a bath due to running the marathon so had to improvise) Bathroom sink tap sticks out so far across the sink you can't wash your face without banging your head, and also bathroom tap sprayed water in various directions wetting the bathroom wallsLight switch by the bed had broken buttons that didn't function on one side and has just been left unfixed
