Very good

Liked: The resort has a huge potential, amazing location and generally, good facilities. The warmed pool was great since April is still not hot enough.
Disliked: 1. The extra charge of 44$/night for vehicle parking was a rip-off. This is a resort. The whole point is you come with a car and even get your own parking spot. The fee is extremely high and rude. I intend to file a complaint with the local tourism chamber.2. The fire pits on the beach in front of the room we paid significantly more for were regularly taken hours in advance by people who did not seem like hotel guests. The hotel said they can't do anything because the beach is public. They could add fire pits near the room, put signs to alert guests about the fire pits being FCFS, and preventing porch chairs being taken by random users.3. There's a kitchenette but no dishes or silverware. T

I wouldn’t stay at this...

Liked: The property has many beautiful spaces to relax and look at nature but for the size of the hotel it is not secure with no gates to the complex so Anyone could walk in.
Disliked: Upon arrival the room which was the garden view was the view of some grass certainly not the garden and the subsequent roomwas filthy under the bed as I moved it and there was a disgusting range of everything fromParasites to parafenalia under the bed which they clearly don’t move when the switch guests out. The cleaner who we came after we callrc reception even remarked ‘Oh my!’ and was embarrassed for the hours.

Good

Liked: Great location. Nice pool, mostly for kids
Disliked: Being charged nearly $100 extra per day between resort fees and parking. I understand paying for parking at a downtown location, but not in suburbia. This part is outrageous!

Nice place nor luxury over...

Liked: I bet it was amazing in the 70's. Needs updated. Tons of hidden costs. Value isn't there cost vs. Comfort. Cost is way to high for the amount of comfort. Probably won't be back and really won't recomend as a must stay place. The location is amazing and staff very friendly.
Disliked: No hidden fees. $40 per day EXTRA to park a in a spot that is designated for the room you stay in. $100 for breakfast for 2. Good breakfast. But not very big. Definitely a tourist trap since it's so close to SeaWorld.
