let down by a lack...

Liked: Room was really nice and comfortable, location was good too
Disliked: Very simple, multiple days no tea or coffee in the hotel, the staff said for 7 days they have been out of tea. Hotel is on top of a supermarket, customer centricity would be to go and get some tea from the supermarket. I spoke with the staff and they said..no tea or coffee that is just how it is…what I proposed a solution to go to the supermarket beneath to the hotel they shrugged their shoulders and said it is just how it is at the hotel. Not great.

Liked: Location is why we keep coming back. Overall its nice.
Disliked: There was mold in the shower and the extreme smell of mold coming from the bathroom sink. My husband almost threw up the smell of mold was so bad. Sink needs bleach!
