Liked: The room was clean and very nice. Exactly as the website showed. The bed was especially comfortable.
Disliked: The guy I rang at the desk was kind of mean and rude. I get that I came very late but when I called he hung up on me after answering my question a few days beforehand. When I got there he was very grouchy and could not find my reservation. Only after I showed my booking.com email did he find it.
