Palihouse West Hollywood

Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to tons of places (Farmers Market, Beverly Center, Saban Theater). The onsite restaurant/bar had good food and friendly staff. Lots of local eateries and shopping. Tons of fun.

Very good

Liked: The location is AMAZING, you can actually walk in LA there love it so much!!! And the receptionists are amazing and the blond cleaning lady!! Amazing people
Disliked: We had so many luggage’s and no help was provided by the people outside. Quite bad. Specially after leaving a tip on the first day. And no room service really but it’s not too too bad.

Upset by the unreasonable charge

Liked: It’s stylish, the neighbourhood is safe and convenient.
Disliked: There was an incorrect charge to be deducted from the deposit. Was not able to contact the hotel via booking.com message cause they never reply.

Perfect stay

Liked: This was a perfect stay - the room was really comfortable with lots of useful amenities, the pool very refreshing, and the location ideal. Special thanks to Andreii at the front desk who accommodated an early check in and assigned me a room that matched my requests.

A cute and cozy plaze

Liked: The room was adorable! I was surprised that the refrigerator was stocked (even though I don't drink alcohol!) and there were snacks to pick from if we wanted. The bowls and utensils, etc. and decor just made it feel cozy!
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like!

My stay was relaxing filled...

Liked: It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We love breakfast in the little cafe. We typically have it every morning of our stay. Staff is friendly and the setting itself is cool to be in. I enjoyed sitting by the pool this time and drinking the cucumber flavored water (and eating the gummy bears)!
Disliked: We happened to still be in our room when housekeeping came to clean and unfortunately they never came back. Not a big deal! We just called and requested more towels which came immediately.

A beautifully designed hotel –...

Liked: The room was beautifully decorated with a lot of character, and the bed was super comfortable and generously sized. I really appreciated the bathroom – the shower was excellent, and there was space around the sink to actually put things, which is rare. The location was also a huge plus. It’s in a great part of West Hollywood with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and juice bars nearby. It felt more like a local neighborhood than a tourist-heavy area, which I loved.
Disliked: The TV barely worked – channels didn’t load 90% of the time. Not a big deal since I wasn’t in the room much, but still frustrating. The bigger issue for me was the lack of storage. There’s a small closet but no drawers at all. The large bedside tables are just solid blocks, which feels like a missed opportunity for functional storage. The desk under the TV looks great with its mini bar and glassware, but it ends up being impractical for actually using the space.
