Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to tons of places (Farmers Market, Beverly Center, Saban Theater). The onsite restaurant/bar had good food and friendly staff. Lots of local eateries and shopping. Tons of fun.

Aesthetic dreams

Liked: We loved staying here! The location was great and there was plenty of shops and places to eat around the hotel. It was also about 15-20 mins from most other things we wanted to do. The pool was such a nice way to take a break from the city! The interior design was impeccable and they made each detail count. The valet was very smooth which was great since we were in and out quite a bit. Overall it was lovely and I would stay here or at their sister properties again.
Disliked: On Friday night it was extremely loud. We couldn’t tell where the music was coming from but it did make it hard to fall asleep. Might not be great for little kids. I also wish they had a dresser in the room.

Cozy, hip place to come...

Liked: CoolMellow vibe, great bar and late night sushi snacks we’re very nice at the beautiful cozy hip bar, great fast service valet, nicely full stocked minibar, clean room with nicely appointed furnishings, clean towels and linens , safe secure .
Disliked: Shower floor tile is too slippery, sheets could be softer (try out the hotel supply Comphie Brand form Chicago ! Bed sleep pillows were lumpy and need improvement. It’d have been nice to have more options to have a fridge NOT full of liquor ? Perhaps add n option for people who don’t drink much alcohol?

Liked: Good location. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant and room service staff were great.
Disliked: The front of house staff were hopeless and also rude. We stayed there for two periods of time over two weeks. Both times were equally hopeless.

A Great Hotel in West...

Liked: Excellent location and Valet Parking
Disliked: The Bathroom is rather cold but that’s only a very small critique, overall I liked all aspects.

Overall, we would return to...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful with rooms that are functional and quirky. Lovely swimming pool and lounge area, specifically loved the complimentary pick and mix sweets! Food was really nice, although a little limited.
Disliked: We stayed as part of our honeymoon and it would have been nice to have had that recognised to make the stay even more special.
