Amazing 👍🏻

Liked: The hotel is wonderful in all aspects: cleanliness, view, location, and the staff, especially Mr. Manuel and Mr. Michele , were wonderful in their service and meeting our needs. This will not be our last visit, and this place has become part of our memories and beautiful moments in Rome.

It was wonderful! Home away...

Liked: The location was convenient as it was very close to the Termini central train station and about a 20-min walking distance to Spanish steps. The staff esp Lucrezia, Manuel and the hotel manager Marco were very accommodating and pleasant. Nice design of the Senses restaurant and good selection of breakfast. Contemporary design of the rooms, too.
Disliked: The lack of strategically placed outlets for electronic devices

Highly recommended for a city...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious, also I had a €15 euro voucher given to me at check in which I used towards an evening meal. Staff are exceptional, kind and helpful especially Lucrezia for advice and directions Omar who helped with the bags and always greets guests on the door.
Disliked: The location was great and convenient for the station and city centre, however the down side of this is it is quite noisy, but that may be a personal thing and not bother a lot of guests.

Just okay, but expected more...

Liked: Staff, location, spa
Disliked: Reserved and paid for a premium room but was given a superior room on check-in with sky lights only and no view. I stood on a small sharp piece of broken glass in the room. The bathroom door handle came off in my hand. There was no hot water at certain times of the day. The iron was broken and leaked and the ironing board was old and stained.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, especially the doorman Omar who was very helpful all the time!
