Liked: The hotel front desk was very helpful. Their dinner recommendation was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. It was nice to have a laundry service -very reasonable price. The location of the hotel is wonderful!!

Lovely couple of days in...

Liked: Character property with amazing view of the Alhambra
Disliked: Breakfast was until 10.30 but when we arrived at 10 there was limited choice and items like bread were not replenished.

Liked: The hotel reminded us of a Marrakech riad and was beautiful.

Memorable stay

Liked: We had a lovely view of the alhambra and it was very close to the main laneway by the river with plenty happening on the streets for Semana Santa. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming with bookings and helpful advice about processions. Thank you Aram and Anna. Recommend the flamenco in the cave at Sacromento - a great intimate experience.
Disliked: Initially quite noisy but we closed all the doors and shutters for following nights and slept well. Processions were amazing but it was extremely busy. Cobbled narrow laneways and plenty of stairs, so we had to walk with luggage a lot but had a great stay.

Liked: It’s an old building and interesting
Disliked: We were first shown a room up 50 stairs. We asked for a room near an elevator and changed to a nice room.

Perfect location for a few...

Liked: Excellent location - this made the trip. Lovely to be so close to the palace and charming restaurants.
Disliked: No frills or extras but was clean, welcoming and had character.

Liked: Loved this place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also we were close to everything! It was just a cool place to stay.

Liked: The staff were all very welcoming & professional. The interiors are stunning but also comfortable. Our family room had views of The Alhambra which made our special birthday stay very memorable.The hotel is well located for exploring Granada on foot.Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again .
