I would never comeback here....

Liked: The place was clean and comfortable.It looks like it was recently renovated. The location was a little hidden but accessible .The television, microwave, fridge, and air conditioners were in good conditions.
Disliked: The management wasn’t friendly. They charge you $100 dollars fee ahead on your card, later they give you a paper saying they will refund you this in 7 days but they never refunded. The price is cheap since they keep this money giving you unnecessary excuses.

I didn’t get to stay....

Liked: Beware, they ask for a $100 deposit on to of the $72 you pay on booking when you get to the property. And they offer NO REFUNDS! They don’t care about your situation and will not work with you to reserve another day nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m homeless at the moment and it’s been raining terribly. I was able to get the money together for a room for one night to rest, get warm, and relax. I got there and they asked me for an additional $100 and I was unaware. I had already paid in full for the room itself. I explained my personal situation and asked if I could be refunded or if I could change my reservation to the following day. I literally booked and paid only 25-30 minutes before arriving. My condition in appearance was clearly stating I’m telling the absolute truth about my situation. They told me no and were not willing to work with me. Horrible customer service. I was not rude, I accepted that I obviously overlooked the $100 deposit and apologized. Worse Booking themselves are absolutely no help either. So basically I was out in the rain still but $72 short on money with nothing to show. I urge you to take extreme caution before using booking in the first place because this is my last time, and dealing with the people who own this hotel. There is one on 290 not sure if it’s one of theirs, but the staff is much more accommodating and understanding.

Liked: How close it was to my husbands family. We were there for his grandfathers funeral and he is Army and was deployed to Romania so having a place close to family was best.

Disliked: How can they can prohibid to smoke in the property to their guests ? This ain’t 1960 for Christ saint .
