Spacious room with sea views.

Liked: The location was great. It is beside the sea in a little cove. The view was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Lifts and room floors were a bit confusing to get to. Too trivial to mention but might just alert them.

Liked: Loved our oceanfront dinner at Moonraker, food was excellent, kind & friendly staff.

Liked: Not a lot went well.
Disliked: The front desk agent was asleep when I arrived at 11pm. I waited 30 minutes, during that time I called over and over, it was just ringing the front desk phone. I walked around the hotel, into the restaurant, the conference rooms, the bathrooms, just looking for someone, and no one was there. I gave up and called Booking support, after getting hung up on, I called back and then the agent told me to wait, and then called the hotel himself. The phone kept ringing, and then other travelers showed up. They wanted to check in too, and there was no one.Then the front desk agent emerged from literally being passed out (pills for sure), took about ten minutes just to realize there were actual people standing in front of her, then started to check us in. She couldn't use the system on their computers, had to call their in house help desk to check me in, and then stumbled through a inebriating explanation of how awesome the outdoor pool was (it was 50 degrees outside), then drew some weird symbols on my map of the hotel (I guess they were supposed to be arrows), and sent me off to my room.Got to my room, and the AC did not work. Error code on the unit. I went back to the front desk, and guess what, no one was there. Waited ten minutes or so for the agent to wake back up (again), and then I got another room.When I checked out, she was one of three agents at the front desk. She saw me, and left. One of the other agents checked me out. Leaving was the best part of my stay here.The hotel is run down. Rusty from the adjacent ocean, but not at all maintained. There are people actively living in the hotel. Doorbells on the hallway doors indicated this. Also, I met a few of them in the halls and they explained they do in fact live there. That's not a hotel, that's an apartment building. Probably people using vouchers from the state, and this hotel needs the business.The management at this hotel is obviously non-existent.

Poorly maintained old property with...

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: very dated and a very old property.The night we checked in the entire majority of the property wing was under renovation which wasn’t told to us.The room was an extremely long walk from the main reception .After we checked in we had a massive issue with the internet , as despite after several attempts we couldn’t get the internet to work. After approaching the reception staff who couldn’t understand what we were talking about ultimately failed to help us in any way possible . After almost spending 2 hours and checking around we later found out that the internet was down for most of the property and even in the neighboring rooms which again wasn’t informed to us.The parking lot is shady and doesn’t feels safe especially during late hours of evening . Extremely disappointing and dissatisfying experience.
