Disappointing

Liked: Location was fine. Bed was a 6 out of 10
Disliked: The hotel itself is definitely a 2 Star borderline 1 star. There's been some recent updates to the bathroom, the flooring and paint but it's all very landlords special. Paint very sloppily applied. Holes, dings, dents and missing trim just painted over instead of repaired. Reusing the same old mismatched furniture that's all very worn. You can't see yourself in the bathroom mirror unless you are under 5' tall or you're bent over. The AC was so loud that it was unusable because they'd be no way you could sleep with that on and the refrigerator would periodically click on and run throughout the night. The walls are thin so you hear the cars drive by outside, people using the ice machine downstairs. Basically you'll get no sleep staying here unless you can sleep through a lot of various noises. The bed was decent... pillows were awful. Some flat, some fluffy all too small for a king size bed. Each with a different pillowcase. In fact all of the linens were different and in various shades of white. The towels had stains and long black hairs all over them. The last issue is not their fault but there is a very large apartment building being built directly across the street and at least 20 hammers began swinging at 7am on the dot and since you can hear everything through the walls...it was a rude awakening after a long sleepless night.
