Great facilities for a great...

Liked: Loved the facilities in the retreat which included table tennis, pool table, swimming pool, tennis and a good garden where my son and I played some cricket.The rooms were spacious and opened up straight into the garden with outdoor table and seating which was great for the dog we were travelling with.The staff also kindly let me charge my EV using my extension and charging cable into one of the domestic outlets.
Disliked: Not much to mention here except that the rooms could be cleaner, and have at least plates and cutlery.

Needs to be renovated

Liked: The fact that we could bring our pet with us. My 2 star is one for pets allowed, and one for location. Location was good close to beaches and shops.
Disliked: The conditions of the place were terrible. Dirty, smelly, outdated, facilities outdated some not working, coach roaches everywhere in the room, in the fridge as well, broken furniture, only one teaspoon one bowl one mug that's it! For a family room. The grass was bad and long, muddy yuck! Inside and outside was smelly Our room air-condition was not working. This place just needs to shut down, and I think there were bed bugs on the bed as some of us got bites, and it's not from mozzies..

Would not stay here again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room clean and tidy. Close to Terrigal
Disliked: No one at reception when checking in at 8pm. After hours contact numbers were not highly visible. When calling to make enquiries about the booking no one answers and there is no message service. Very poor customer service overall. It’s pretty much a self serve hotel.
