Liked: Incredibly helpful and polite staff, great facilities, good value for money and fantastic bathroom.
Disliked: Bit of a walk from the train station (wasn't personally an issue as I don't mind a walk) but was a struggle in the heat with luggage. Window in room didn't close fully (again not personally an issue) and quite thin walls - especially when you've got quite noisy neighbours.

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: Self check in very stressful, didn’t work , we called three times and after 4 hours we still could t check in online , the room was very sad and ugly , old, ripped of wall paper , stained walls , smelly , no hot water only little warm, very poor breakfast , door to kitchen were old and dirty .
