Liked: Value for money.
Disliked: I won't be using this OYO outfit ever again. Two days before I was due to travel, they sent me a WhatsApp message asking me to input my credit card details - after I had already paid the week before, as arranged when I booked! This sounded dodgy, so I phoned their customer service centre (they are a company owning a number of B&Bs, apparently). I was told they didn't use WhatsApp!! I asked for the access code, as there were no staff on site. It would arrive 'soon' they said. On the morning of travel, the code hadn't arrived, so I messaged them. Then, just an hour before my departure, they sent me an email cancelling my reservation "due to some unavoidable circumstances". So I then had to book alternative accommodation. They said they would refund my reservation fee, but they refunded just £3!!! Following my return, I contacted booking.com and they sorted out everything in fine style. Nothing for all the stress, however!! I will never use OYO again, and you can draw yoiur own conclusions from this tale of woe.

Disliked: The hotel Canceled my stay the morning of check in leaving me stranded with out a room several hours away from home.I spoke with the hotel and was offered little explanation and no compensation. Any other room near by was over twice the price and I was on a course and unable to send time looking for somewhere, meaning by the end of the day I had no where to stay. Very poor service
