Disliked: Absolutely unacceptable – never again!I only stayed one night at this hotel – and that was already too much. The room was in a shocking condition: dirty, dusty, clearly not properly cleaned in a long time. There was mold on the walls, hair in the bathroom, and stained bed linen – absolutely disgusting. After complaining, I was offered a so-called “better” room, but it was barely any improvement. I ended up leaving after one night and had to find a new hotel at my own expense because the conditions here were simply unacceptable.To this day, I haven’t received any refund despite reaching out multiple times. If you care at all about hygiene, cleanliness, or basic service, avoid this place at all costs. A complete disappointment!

Lovely staff and good location...

Liked: Good location. Lovely reception staff member.
Disliked: Room didn’t have air con as was unbearably hot as window didn’t stay open unless propped open. Fan was provided but was still boiling hot. No glasses provided in room for water. Carpet on stairs was peeling up and held together with duct tape.

Liked: The only thing to like was the receptionist Carrie who helped me to carry the luggage to room the day I arrived. She was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to her
Disliked: The room had table fans which were very poor to keep the room pleasant in this summer, due to which could not sleep well. Also washroom commode was not clean at all, there was no liquid soap or shampoo in the bottles while bathing, seemed as if the cleaning lady didn’t give a damn to fill them up or clean the washroom properly. Also no one was there at reception around 10:00am to ask for any kind of support .

Liked: Very good location between Marylebone & Baker Street.
Disliked: No hand wash facilities, shower wash bottle was completely empty… the code pad to the front door didn’t work to get in after midnight. There was also a bad smell in the room.
