Liked: Only location was nearby market area.
Disliked: there was only 1 person as staff her name was Carrie. She was only talkative person just talk but never do work. There was no elevator,I have requested to get all room at same floor but I didt get as per request. 2 room at 1 level,2 room and 2nd level and 2 room at 3rd level. we have to lift 50lbs bags upto 3rd level. Rooms were very small,very conjusted space no fan in any room.

Staff very friendly and perfect...

Liked: Hotel manager and staff very friendly and helpful,always available. Free coffee in the reception.We could leave the suitcase on the last day without additional charges.Iron and hairdrier in the room.Clean towels on demand.Perfect location with multiple buses, metro,and direct bus to the airport.
Disliked: A bit dated and in need of TLC but overall clean and comfortable.

close to Madame Tussaud’s museum...

Liked: Car parking spaces free of charge from 6pm and free weekend

Disliked: Whole hotel looked tatty, in need of tlc at least. Bed adequate. Lack of facilities in room, kettle, cups/glasses etc.
