Disliked: Thare was a sign on the door saying that the hotel had closed 8 days before my stay. Number to call OYO wasn't answered. No communication beforehand.

Disliked: Place was closed left me stranded at11 pm

Liked: Nothing we left within 2 minutes of being there as it was awful!
Disliked: Everything was filthy

Left out in the dark!

Disliked: I booked a 1 night stay for me and my son while we were visiting friends in Leicester. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and the doors we're locked and no one was answering the bell. A gentlemen came out from the restaurant next door and informed that the hotel had closed the day before. I had no acknowledgement of this from the hotel or booking.com and I was left to find alternative accommodation myself at the very last minute. Appalling service from both parties!!
