Will not be staying there

Left out in the dark!

Disliked: I booked a 1 night stay for me and my son while we were visiting friends in Leicester. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and the doors we're locked and no one was answering the bell. A gentlemen came out from the restaurant next door and informed that the hotel had closed the day before. I had no acknowledgement of this from the hotel or booking.com and I was left to find alternative accommodation myself at the very last minute. Appalling service from both parties!!

Hotel was cheap, bed ok,...

Liked: Location 10 mins from where we needed to be
Disliked: Bed ok. No Tv Working. Shower not working-stuck on boiling! Cracked tiles (badly). Smelly corridors.
