Do not book oYO Shilton...

Liked: I never stayed. I have had the worst service ever from OYO Shilton. It was a booking made by mistake. I phoned the manager Zara never phoned back. I emailed she never replied. I visited she said she never got one message. She told me to get booking.com to contact her they did and she never responded to them

Disliked: Small untidy rooms had to ask for room to be serviced

Disliked: The hotel hallway was dirty with rubbish on the floor. Socket face in hallway black with dirt. The room smelt of cigarettes, the tea and coffee station had 1 kettle, 1 cup and 3 loose tea bags and that's it. There was no toilet roll. The shower was mouldy. Punch marks on the doors. The other guests wondering around untill 0430 making noise, it felt like a bail hostel or half way house. After the first night we went out for the day and took our cases with us, we felt unsafe and left after 1 night. The front door was unlocked all night and there was constant coming and goings. The bar and restaurant downstairs was closed.

Disliked: between the 4 rooms I booked..No hot water, no tv, no curtains, plastic toilet seat not attached, tiling coming away in bathroom, fixtures not attached, but in draws, previous occupants clothes in drawers, cigarette butts in mugs on windowsill..

Could not sleep bed very...
