Liked: Very welcoming friendly guesthouse. Excellent breakfast and very clean house and room. Super warm showers and very comfortable stay overall. Central location for everything in Newquay. Hosts work hard to make guests happy and provide valuable information on Cornwall. Overall, excellent value for money with all facilities and comforts guests need in a very clean and much cared for house.

Liked: Booked last minute.Room was clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.Lovely service.Good location.
Disliked: Our bedroom view wasn't the best but the location to the sea was great and we didn't spend much time in the room so not an issue. Bed could do with a mattress topper.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Good location to walk to the beautiful beaches, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Disliked: The room had no view. The only window of the room was tinted with no view of the outdoors, as it was facing the back of the building. It should be specified on the room description that it has no view. Bed linen need an upgrade and the plastic flowers all around gave it an outdated feel.
